In Room Services: Request services like in room dining, housekeeping, maintenance, wake up call etc. 4. Local information: Weather, local attractions, tour and travel bookings,airline bookings etc. 5. Shopping: Allow guests to shop for items from the hotel's souvenir shop. 6. Capture feedback from guests.
